The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
the Bars in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Wm Hallett< no role > and
I Budge Esqrs two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex bearing Date the 25 Day
of April last Ann a Female Bastard Child then about fourteen
weeks old was removed from the Parish of Great Stanmore
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint andrew
Holborn above the Bars as the Place of her last legal Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that this Court will be pleased
to appoint some Day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners will ever
