At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the king holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County on Tuesday the Seventeenth day of may in the Eighth year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the THird king of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Church wardens and overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Saint anne Westminster have Notice of this appeal and that they and
all parties concerned do attend the Court here on Thursday next at nine
of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of the said Court touching the said appeal
