Jennings and 2 Mard Servants came out of Doors, and
running [..] up to the Place where they heare
a Noise Proved from, he Says the Said Ward and
the deceased and Harman Stafling and fighting
together, and the Said Benjn. Jennings< no role > laying hold
of Harmen's [..] hand found it Bloody, upon Wch
he Say'd here will he murther, I will have no hand
in it or to that Effect, and then this Depont. and
the Said Jennings & the other Servants immediately came

that on Tuesday night last about ten o'Clock
this Deponent being in her Master's Garden heard
a Cry of Murder in the Road [..] the Garden
Twnes, and the upon she gave out of the Garden into the

where the Noise Procovded from She Saw Joseph
Ward

his breches Pocket on the right Side, at the Same
time She Law a Man, [..] Lying in
the Road, as if he was dead, and as Soon
as Ward had Put up his Knife he fell upon
another Men when was near him and fell a
Fighting with him and this Deponent Say'd
to Ward Don't fight any more, for you
will Kill the two Men, and this Deponent was
near, that the Blood flow upon her Cap and
after the Said Ward returned home His Depont.
went to his Bedside & ashed him how he could
Pall out a Knife, to which he answered that he
had so draw and that it was a had this; and
this Deponent Says, She does not know the two Men
when She Saw as abovementd with the Sd. Ward.
