The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Paul Covent Garden within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of [..]
Hands and Seals of John Brettell< no role > and Elisha Biscoe< no role > [..]
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date
the Ninth Day of January instant Thomas Cooper< no role > was
removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the
Bart in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Paul Covent Garden at the Place of his last legal Setting
[..] by Your Petitioner conceive themselves to be aggriev
against the said Pass Warrant or Order do Appeal
Court.

Your Petitioners therefore most humble [..]
that Your Worships will be Pleased to appoint
Same Day in this Present Session for the hearing
and determining of the said Appeal and to Order
