of SouthMinms Buileft to the Honorable General
Reppel Deposeth that at or Soon after ten at
night on Tuesday last the 29th instant William
Langford
< no role > deceased who has for Sometime Past done
Labouring Work at the Said General Reppels, came
to this Deponents' House at Hicks had, and asked
if Node, meaning Edwd Harnam< no role > as this Deponent
understood and beleives was come in and upon
Depont. ensuring that he was not, he then beggd'
to be but in Saying he was very much hard, by
Some body belonging as he believed to the White
Lyon, and upon his Coming in, this Deponent
Preserved him in a very bloody Condition, and
desired him to wash his hands, which he did
and this Dept washed his Trace and Perecived
a Would in His Age, and blood issuing from
it, [..] and his Shirt was also bloody near
his Body, wch this Depont apprehend
Procevded from his Lye as Head, hi Hair being
also very bloody, but at this time this Depont
and not Suspect his being Stabld or Wounded
in his Body, and after Setting Some Short time
near the there, the deceased Say'd & often
reported it, that the Should die, and then
desired he might Lye down, whereupon [..]
he went into another room, Where he [..]
[..] was and ress'd, & was Pat into bed
That about by the next morning this Deponent
Saw him in bed, Where he Complained of his this
and him in bed , where he Should dye and this
Dept Say's he Continued in this Languisting Lond upon
Hill his Death, Which Happened about Seven
