At the General Quarter Session of the
Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for
the County of Middlesex on Tuesday the
Twenty eighth day of April in the Seventh
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
King George the Third and in the year of
one Lord One thousand seven hundred & Sixty
seven,

It is ordered by this Court that the benefit of the within
Appeal be saved to the Petitioners and that the hearing &
determining thereof be Adjourned until the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for this County and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James within mentioned
on Notice hereof to be given to them in the mean time and all persons
concerned do Attend this Court ontheday of
June next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon at Hicks Hall
aforesaid to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal
