and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Send
in the County of Surrey
Sheweth
That

Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of
westminster
(one whereof being of the Quorum) upon Complaint made
unto them by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westminster
That
Thomas Wyatt< no role >
a Minor lately intruded and came into the said
Parish of St. James
and was become Chargeable to the same
Did by their order or Warrant of removal under their Hands and
Seals dated the fourth Day of March instant order the said
Thomas Wyatt< no role >
to be removed and Conveyed from and out of
the said Parish of St. James
to the said Parish of Send
as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said

by Virtue of the said order
or Warrant hath been removed and Conveyed from the
said parish of St. James
to the said Parish of Send
where he
now remains Chargeable to the same Parish
Your Petitioners apprehending themselves Aggrieved
by the said order or warrant of removal madeby the said two
Justices as aforesaid Do therefore humbly appeal against the
same.
