also named freely and voluntarily Sign Seal and duly
Execute the said General Release to the said Thomas Strong< no role >
Hall And to which General Release this Deponent is a
Subscribing WitnessAnd this Deponent further Faith
That last Wednesday this Deponent and the said
Thomas Strong< no role >
Hall were Informed that to Morrow
would be the Day to draw the said Mr. Halls Recognizance
On which the said Mr. Hall Informed this Deponent that
he could not possibly Appear at Hicks Hall that day a she
was Obliged as Yesterday to go out of Town about Seventy
Miles on Business of the utmost Consequence which this
Deponent believes to be true
