To All to whom These Presents shall Come We James
Broders
< no role > of Duny Lane in the County of Middlesex Carpenter and
undertaker and Joanna< no role > his wife Send Greetings Whereas
several his understandings and Differences lately happened and
were subsisting Between the said James Broders and Christopher
Moore
< no role > of Great Sail Street near the seven Dials in the said County of
Middlesex Baoker and also several Assaults Batteries and Affrays
having arison Between them the said James Broders and Joanna
his wife and the said Christopher Moore< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife
Insomuch that there hath been Indictment preferred and found
by the said James Broders and Joanna his wife against the said
Christopher Moore< no role > and Mary his wife And Whereas for the setting
and amically adjusting his all such misunderstandings against and
affreys and also all matters in Difference Between the said party
they the said James Broders and Christopher Moore< no role > By their respective
Obligations such to the other did agree to referr the said matters in
Difference to be determined by John Holditch< no role > Esquire and
William Hawkins< no role > gentleman and if they and not agree the said
matters were to be determined esan unprice to be Chosen by
the said John Holditch and William Hawkins< no role > as by the said
Bonds or Obligations relation being thereto had may more fully
appear And whereas the said John Holditch and William
Hawkins
< no role > having accordingly met and Considered of the matters in
Difference to them referred send not agree Together in their award
and having Chosen Stephen Phillimew of Darry Lane in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid Victualler as an Hupice so defer mine the said
matters He the said Stephen Phillimore< no role > having fully Considered
the said premisses did on the Twenty seventh day of December
last duly make and publish his award or umpirase in
writing and there in amongst other Things did award That the
said James Broders and Joanna his wife for the present of dischanging the Recogning [..] of the said Christopher moore< no role > and Mary his wife shoud Execute to
them a Release of all Indictments which were then Subsisting
Between them as by the said Award or Umpicase relation
Being thereto had may more fully appear Now Knowy
