Sarah Green< no role > wife of Richard Green< no role > late of Virginia Street in the
Parish of Saint George Middlesex Commander of the Ship
called the Bethia in the Merchants Service Maketh Oath
that Her said Husband the above Defendant has been gone
abroad for some Months past and that he is now as She
verily believes at Barcelona this Depont having lately
received a Letter from him and this Depont: saith that
the said Defendant is gone abroad upon his lawfull
Business and not on Account of any Aprehensions from
any Prosecution that may be or how is commenced
against him by any Person whatsoever and this
Depont further saith that the said Defendant will
come to England so soon as his Business will
pursuit as She verily believes
