At the Delivery of the Kings Goal of Newgate holden for the
County of Middlesex on Wednesday the Seventeenth day of
December 1766

Whereas George Wallace< no role > hath at this
present Session been Convicted of Felony on the
Prosecution of Thomas Fleming< no role >
And the said Thomas Fleming< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss
of time in the said Prosecution which this Court doth
think reasonable It is therefore Ordered by this Court
that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the
said Thomas Fleming< no role > the Sum of Six
Shillings for hissaid Expences and loss of time
