a greater Ann of Ground adjoining to the
prison the state of the Gaol might not be

rendered Sufficiently Commodious without Rebuilding?

If an Area was annexed & prisoners let
out to Air it would be of use but the Gaol
would not be more healthy than now.

Don't you think the ill effects of the present
closeness of Gaol would be removed by Such
an Addl. Area ?
