without Fees immediately after the Sessions-
some of those who are acquitted may stay

that are sent back are generally those who
are carried to Hicks Hall & there tryed
for Misdemeanors & then ordd. by the Justices
to what Gaol they think proper.

By Acct. delivered in its between 3&
4 to one -Calculation is formed from all
the Calendars of the other Gaols - & those
brt. from other parts of the Kingdom
Mary prisoners are brot. from the other

Prisons in Middlesex , don't stay above to or
12 days & those likewise from the Compters,

Whether at the Close of every Session You
have not many prisoners upon Orders or
the Court some to be transported, some
respited , & some order Sentence of Death
& some to be imprisoned & some under Orders
to be sent for Tryal to different Counties?

are to be in Your Custody whether London
or Middlesex Prisoners?

Both equal.

Whether they are not Committed in the same
manner as Middlesex prisoners, some in the
first instance & others brot. from the Counties
in pursuance of Order in 1726 ?

Yes - in same manner.

Upon an Average how lory do prisoners
remain under Sentence of Transportation
with You ?
