saidBateman the Father hath
voluntarily agreed to become bound for his good
behaviour and true performance thereof and to indemnes
the said John Abchurch in such manner as is here in after
mentioned he the said John Abchurch< no role > hath not only agreed to
accept the said Samuel Bateman< no role > future Service but also to
Release and forgive all his past Breaches of Covenant and
other the matters and things before mentioned Now the
Condition of the above written Obligation is such that if the
said Samuel Bateman< no role > from hence forth shall and diligently
and honestly serve the said John Abchurch during all the
remainder of the said Term of Seven Years yet to come and
unexpired according to the true intent and meaning of the said
Indentures of Apprenticeship And also if the said
Bateman the Father his Heirs Executors and Administrator
shall truly satisfy and pay unto the said John Abcturch
his Executors pr Administrators the full Worth and value
of lawfull British Money for all such Monies Goods and
Chattells of and belonging to the said John Abchurch his
Executors Administrators or Assigns which he the said
Samuel Bateman< no role > shall st any time during the said Term
now to a me sink imbezel purloin give or otherwise Convert
or dispose of to his own or any other Persons use from the said
John Abchurch his Executors Administrators Assigns
within one Month next after any Confession or other due Proof
thereof made And also if the saidBateman
this Executors and Administrators shall at till times hereafter
