Whereas George Baker< no role > Etc. Etc. in the County aforesaid [..] are severally duly convicted before us
two of his Majesties Justices of the Pease for the said County by the oath of Benja Long< no role > a credible
Witness for that thesaid occupying certain Accssuages and [..] being respectively House holders or Cottages in the parish in the said County
[..] duly Summoned by the sd. Benjamin Long< no role > Surveyor of the Highways of the same Parish of [..]
Clerkenwell in the said County of find and send on the dayof now last past
had due No
were severally duly required by themselves or Due sufft. Labr . each work and Travel in the amendment of certain the Highways atof the Parish afore [..]
with [..] or other Called and [..] necessarys meet to carry things Con [..]
on two several Days lately past [..] for that Purpose and also two able was with [..]
Neglect and make Default and did notfind and sent one Wain or Cart [..]
by themselves or one Suffr. Lr. each as aforesaid with two Able Men as aforesaid to work and havel on the said
two several Days or either of themday ofin the amendment of the said Highways as aforesd. whereby
they have severally forfeited the Sum of£833s. And whereas they have been severally Sumoned
[..] to appr. before us two of His Maj Just of the sd
the Sd. Co. to shew Cause why they sd pen. shod. not be [..] Theses are therefore in his Majesties Name
to command you to levy the said several & respective Sums by Distress of the Good of the in the said
and if within the space of 5 days next after each Distress by you taken the
said Sum of 3d. together with reasonable Charges of taking and keeping
