Informant did not see the deceased there at all neither in
the House or after he Came out And [..]
this Informant doth not know any One of the said Persons he
did he see said Sherridan strike any Body For he run away
upon being did so to do by some of the said Persons

The said Robert Eyre< no role > being Examined a second time Saith
That he was very near said Sherridan when he was first
Struck as aforesaid and a little way from the City of Nowisk
DoorThat he cannot tell whether or not Sherridan had
any Stick in his Hand But saith he had a stiped Waistreat
on with bread Stripes And is a Lucky Man
