and once in the Lovertizer only with a Reward of Five pounds &
five Shillings for the apprehending and Securing him in Order that
he might be brought to Justice but this Deponent Labour and pains
on that Occasion hath been unsuccessful And this Dept. Saith That he
is informed and believes that the Constable who had the said Richard
Crawley
< no role > in Custody for the Felony aforesaid & from whom the said
Richard Crawley< no role > Escaped was on Some Complaint made thereupon the
this Court Committed for that Offence And this Dept. John Bossa< no role >
for himself saith That the two sevt. paper Writings hereto annext
one purporting to be a Recognizance of Bail and the other a
Certificate from Mr. James Waller< no role > Clerk of the Peace are respectively
a true Copy of the Recognizance of Bail of Mr. Alexander Goodwin< no role > She
other Dept. & one John Monday< no role > therein mentioned and also of the sd
Richard Crawley< no role > for whose Appearance the same Recognizance was
Entered into, and a Certificate from the Clerk of the Peace of this
County of an Indictment for Forging a Bill of Exchange & publishing the
same knowingly with intent to Defraud contrary to the form of the
Statute being found against the sd. Richard Crawley< no role > as therein is
mentioned which several Papers this Dept. this Day obtained Prop the
Office of the Clerk of the Peace of this County. & that no other Indictmt. was then found
