Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Achallows-
upon the wall London have Exhibatted their Petition and Appeal to this Court Setting
forth by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of James

County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Alhallows
as the Place of her last legal
Settlement Whereby Petitioners conceived themselves to be aggrieved Whereupon
at the request of the said Petitioners it is Ordered that the benefit of thier Said Appeal
aforesaid be Saved unto them And that the hearing and Determining thereof be
the Same is hereby Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden for this County and that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
Poor of the Said Parish of Saint Luke on Notice hereof to be given to them in the
Mean time and all Persons Concerned Do attend the Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid on Tuesday the Eleventh day of January next by Nine of
the Clock in the Forenoon (at which time and Place the Said Session will be holden
by Adjournment as it is Expected) to hear and abide the Indgment and Determination
of the Said Court touching the Said appeal.
