and Appeal to this Court Setting forth That by Virtue of an Order or

Middlesex
to the Said Parish of Saint Martin in the Field
as the Place of
her last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners apprehend themselves
to be Aggrived (Whereupon the Said appeal was duly adjourned to this
day, Now upon hearing of what hath been alledged on either Side by the
Respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor their Council and
Witness in and Concerning the Premisses It is Ordered by this Court that
the Said appeal be and the Same is hereby Allowed and the Said Warrant
and adjudication of the Said two Justices is hereby vacated and set as Side
And it is further Ordered that the Churchwrdens and Overseers of the Poor of the
of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Field aforesaid do Convey and Deliver
the Said Poor Woman to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of Saint James aforesaid or Some or one of them (together with a Copy
of this Order) who are hereby required to Provides for her untill they
can Free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Court & of Law.
