Setting forth that the Said Turner is Consideraly
Indebted to him for his Wags & otherwise where
by the is greatly Impoverished Etc. be and the
Same are hereby referred to the Said Committee

The Petition of William Pentlow< no role > Keeper
of New Prison Presented to this Court
an Alllowance of a Proportion Part of
the Salary of £5. for his Care and Charge
of Keeping the House of Correction from
the 20th. Day of May to the 20th. of Septr
(during the Vacancy of a Govr.) being four Months
Is likewise referred to the aforesd. Committee

And Lastly the Account of Mr James Jefferson< no role >
for Several Businesses by him done and Money
laid out by Order of His Majesty's Justices
in Sessions Assembled be and the Same are
hereby referred to the Examinant of the
Said Committee and Consider what is reasonable

And the Said Committee have Power to
Adjourn themselves or my of the Matters to
them referred and are desired to Make
their report to the Court on the County Day
of that Session.
