Petition and Appeal to this Court Setting forth by Virtue of a Warrant

as the Place of her last Legal Settlement Whereby the
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved Whereupon at the request of
the Said Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of their Said Appeal
aforesaid be Saved unto them And that the hearing and Determining
thereof be and the Same is hereby adjourned until the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of
Saint
Margaret
in the City of Westminster
on Notice hereof to be given to them
in the Mean time and all other Person's concerned Do Attend the Court
at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the Twentieth day of October
next by Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon(at which time and Place
the Said Session will be holden by Adjournment as it is Expected)to hear
and abide the Indgment and Determination of the Said Court touching
the Said appeal.
