the Parish of St. George, Hanover-Square within
the Liberty of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex ,
and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Bromley in the
County of Kent
and to each and every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City & Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quarum) by the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George, Hanover-Square ,
that Mary Hornsby< no role > Singlewoman
hath
lately intruded, and come into the Said Parish of St.
George, Hanover-Square , and is
become Chargeable to the Same,
we the Said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses
upon Oath, other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the Said Mary Hornsby
to be in the Parish of Bromley
in the County of Kent

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the Said Mary Hornby< no role >
from and out of your Said Parish of St. George , Hanover
Square , of the Said Parish of Bromley
and her deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or Some or One of them,
together with this our Orders, or (a true Copy hereof,)
Who are hereby required to receive and Provide for
her according to Law. Given under Our
Hands and Seals, this 9th Day of September 1763.
