To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in this General Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Bromley in the County of Kent .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Warrant under the
hands and Seals of William Timbrell< no role > and William Mantle< no role >
Two of his Majesty's Justices of ye Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster dated the 9th. day of September now
last past Mary Hornsby< no role > Singlewoman were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of St. George , Hanover
Square , within the Liberty of Westminster , in the County of
Middlesex to the Said Parish of Bromley as the Place of her
last legal Settlement

your Petitioners Conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the Said Order or Warrant Do humbly Appeal
against the Same And Pray that the hearing and
determining thereof may be an Order of him
Court be on Such day at the on next general Sessions
as Shall be deemed Proper for that Persons And
that the Said Appellants may be deliver in the
Premisses as the Court Shall them Seem Meet
