Parish of St. Margart in the City of Westminster
to the Parish of St. Mary

in the County of Middlesex
as the Place of his last legal Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal
to this Court against the same
Therefore Humbly Pray this Court will
Please to appoint a time for hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
then Attend.
