To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands & Seals of Richard Manley< no role > and Samuel Waddington< no role > Esqr. Two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City & Liberty of Westminster in
this County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 18th. day of
August 1763 Anne Rossington< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. , Spinster aged 20 Years the Daughter of
George Rossington< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and Sarah Rossington both deced: was removed from the
Parish of St. Margart in the City of Westminster to the Parish of St. Mary
Le Bone in the County of Middlesex as the Place of his last legal Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal
to this Court against the same

Therefore Humbly Pray this Court will
Please to appoint a time for hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
then Attend.

And Your Petitioners Shall ever Pray Etc.
