Who being sevl. you Oath say & first Hen Jus Ely Walch for herself
saith That about Seven o Clock on Sunday Night last the otheir
Justs. will Adams & Mary Adams< no role > with Peter Jump< no role > & his wife was
in the Jus. Lodging Room in the House of John Turner< no role > in Compton
Strut in the Parish of S. James Clerkenwell and this Jus. dueced
the said Willm to reach down a Counister from a Beam where there
had placed it for Security (the Just. going to remove from the
Lodging) in which was a Purse in which Purse was Twenty Seven
guineas and as thesd Willm. was telling over the Money in the
Purse the said Peter Jump< no role > sholehed the Purse & Money out of the
other Jus will hand upon seeing which this Jus placed herself against
the Door to preoat this? Jump going out & the sd. Jump gave
this Jus alhew from the Door & sayd he wed Swear a Robbery
agt. any Person that offerd to stop him and this Jus willm Adams
for himself saith that a other true aforesaid he did at the request of
the said Ely Walch reach down from the beom the Comiter [..]

took thereout a Green purse & seeing Money did not open the
purse but was telling how many Guineas there were which
whilst he was doing & before he had told all the Money the said

towds. the Door and the other Jus Walch placed herself against
the Door to prevent thesd. Peter going out whereupon thesd.
Poter pushed her away & thicatmd to swcor a Robbry agt any
person who followed him and this Jus Mary Adams< no role > In herself
saith that she was present & saw the above transaction as
