To the Worshipfull the Justices
at Hicks Hall

The humble Petition of Tracy Tutt< no role >

Sheweth


That he stands indicted for an assault and has
get a Release from the Prosecutor but having been
very much afflicted with an Ague and fever and
being in a consumption to such a Degree that he has
been unable to work at his Trade for a long Time
past and is new a patient of Westminster infirmary

That he would willingly plead to the said
Indictment but by reason of his extream poverty in
totally unable to bear the expences

Therefore he Desires the hounourable Court will
order his fees to be given him and that he may be
pardoned the indictment and his recognizances
withdrawn he having received A notice that they
will otherwise be carried into the Exchequer

And your Worships Petitioner will ever
pray
