The Examination of Isaac Wootton< no role > late of
Kings bury in the County of Middlesex Labourer
Taken before me Willm Hallett< no role > Esqr. one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County this 19th day of July 1763

This Examinant being charged before me by
Richard Corn< no role > by of Westburn Green in the said County
Victualler for suspicion of having Stolen and Caried
away from his House at westburn Green in the said County
two Prish Pewter Potts his Property, value one shilling
& Six pence and also one Pint & one Half pint Better
Pott from Kensington the Property of William Tomlinson< no role >
Victualer of Kensington aforesaid in the said County value one shilling
& six pence all which said Pewter Potts were this day
found in the Custody of this Examinant he she said Isaac
Wootton
< no role > , upon his Examination now taken by me
denieth that he stole the said Pewter Potts, but saith
he found the two Pint Potts in a Bush at westburn Green
aforesaid and the Pint & half Pint Pott he bought
of a Man who he Mett by Auident at Kilburn for
part of two Quarts of Bur
