maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent was
Present and Did see William Williams< no role > the Prosecutor
in this Cause duly Execute the Release hereunto
Annexed And this Deponent further Saith that the
name Wm. Williams thereunto set and Subscribed is
the proper hand Writing of the Prosecute and that the

as a Witness to the Execution thereof in the proper
hand Writing of him this Deponent
