The King on the prosecution of John Horrold< no role > and
Eleanor< no role > his Wife agt. Thomas Gray< no role > & Sarah< no role >
his Wife

clerk to James Ten< no role >

Thomas Means< no role > of Cliffords Inn London Gentleman maketh
oath that he this Deponent did on the Seventeenth day of
May instant apply to James Jefferson< no role > Deputy Clerk of the
peace for the County of middlesex for a subpenn at the
Suit of the above Prosecutive And this Deponent saith
be having Get the said Subpena delivered four Tuketts
thereof to the prose cutrix to save upon very meterial
Witnesses and this Dept does beleive the said
prosecutrix will not be able to produce her said
Witnesses untill Thursday morning upon the Tryall of
the Causes

Sworn at the Old Bailey
the 18th. May 1763
