of Mutton Lane at Mr. Daryl
taken before me this 14th. day
of April 1763

Who being upon Oath says that last Night between
the house of eight and nine as he was having from
Islington to Mutton Lane aforesaid, before he went into
the Fields he heard a Woman Voic [..] out stop
Thief, and presently found it was a Servant of Mr.
Booth's the Salesman who said She had been Robbed
of a Bundle, and farther says that he saw a Person now
present who calls him self Charles Wilkinson< no role > fling
the said Bindle out of his hand on being pursued
