Neighborhood he went out & Seif'd Wooly in the Street then Got & ConstableGot a Constables & finding Wooley in the
Street he
& charg'd the constable wth. him & he was seal to the
Compter where the Witness met him & challeng'd him wth.
the Murderhe Answrd. he did not kill the Mar. but he
saw who did & if he was taken out he would Go & shew
where the then were who did the Marr. but he had not
Seen exaicd & so was not let out.

with wch. the Murder & Robery were committed by Michael
- he inform'd him where his Lodgings were - he went &
found the Ranger now produced concealed between the Red
& Seeking but a Michael.
