Younger of a Felony

John Marratt< no role > the Younger of the Parish of
Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middx ,
Corn factor the Prosecutor in this matter
Upon his Oath Saith That he has been
lately Robbd of Diverse large Quantity as
of Corn from Out of this Deponents
Ware houses Scituate in Millford Lane
in the parish afsd to a Considerable Value
And this Depont. further Saith That this
Felony Appears from the Voluntary
Confession of One of the Accomplices George
Burton
< no role > now in Custody who has Impeached
Severall other persons Concerned in this
Felony Together with the Receivers of the said
Stolen goods And this Depont. further Saith
That the does not Doubt i the least But he
shall be Able by next Sessions to Apprehend
the Severall other persons Concerned in
this Felony, Together with the said Receivers
of the Sd. Stolen Goods, He this Deponent
having a Warrant ready to Apprehend John

Depont. Saith That Since Monday last being
the day the prisoners Baylis and Burton was
taken He this Depont. has Used his best
