At the General Sessions of the Peace holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the said County [..] on
Monday the 21st. day of February 1763.

It is Ordered that the within named John
Barrell< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that
he and all other Persons concerned do Attend the
Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the
Twenty fourth Day of this Instant February by
ten of Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of this Court
there touching the Premes.
