To the Right Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex at their General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Harrow in the County aforesaid

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of Richard Hassell< no role > Junr. and Paul Mombray< no role > Esquires Two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid (one of them being
of the Quorum) bearing date the Thirteenth day of January last1763
Elizabeth Perry< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish of Great
Stanmore in the said County to the said Parish of Harrow as the Place
of her last Legal settlement Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be Aggrived

Your Petitioners therefore therefore Appeal to this Court
against the said Order and humbly pray that your
Worship's will be pleased to Appoint some day in
this Present Session for the hearing and Determining
of the said Appeal and to Order that all Persons
concerned may then Attend
