appeal Petition and appeal at the last General Session
of the peace for this County begun & holden on Monday the sd last past Setting day of December,
forth that by virtue of an order or pass Warrant under the handst

and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint Luke

County of Middx to the said parish of allhallows London Wall
as the place of her last legal Settlemant (Whereby the petes.
conceiving themselves aggrieved Prayed that the hearing &
determining thereof might be adjourned to this Present Session
Now upon hearing of what hath been alledged by [..]

appeal do stand adjourned until the next General Session
of the peace to be holden for this County and that all the sd.
parties concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesd.
