At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on
Friday the Fourteenth day of January 1763 in the Third year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of
Great Britain Etc. Before Thomas Lane< no role > , Benjamin Cowley< no role > ,
John Cross< no role > , James Esdaile< no role > Esquires and others their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace
in the County aforesaid and also to hear and Determine divers.
Felonies Trespasses other Misdeeds committed in the same
County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the
Parish of allhallows London Wall London have Exhibited their
appeal Petition and appeal at the last General Session
of the peace for this County begun & holden on Monday the sd last past Setting day of December,
forth that by virtue of an order or pass Warrant under the handst
and Seals of James Esdaile and Benjamin Cowley< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys. Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirtieth day of
November last Susanna Holmes< no role > Single Woman was removed
and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middx to the said parish of allhallows London Wall
as the place of her last legal Settlemant (Whereby the petes.
conceiving themselves aggrieved Prayed that the hearing &
determining thereof might be adjourned to this Present Session
Now upon hearing of what hath been alledged by [..]
[..] Council for the said Parties His ordered that the said
appeal do stand adjourned until the next General Session
of the peace to be holden for this County and that all the sd.
parties concerned do attend the Court at Hicks Hall aforesd.
on Tuesday the Twenty Second day of February next
ensuing by nine of the Clock in the morning (at which time &
Place the sd. Session is to be holden by adjournment) to hear &
abide the Judgment & determination of the same Court touching
the said appeal
