6th. day of Janry 1763

Who being upon Oath says that he knows one John Angle< no role >
otherwise Collins< no role > now in Custody charged with Robbing
on the Highway in Company with Morris Delaney< no role > says
that the said Angle otherwise Collins has lodged with
this Informt. backwards and forwards for three Years
past, says that he very well remembers that either on Thursday
on Friday last, the said Delaney called on said Angle
alias Collins at this Informant's House and Drank some
Holl with him, and that they went out together between
the hours of Eleven and twelve that day, and that he
this Informant did not see either of them afterwards
til he saw them in Prison
