Who being on Oath says that she Lodges at Mr. Thomas
a Taylor at the Golden Ball
in Castle Street
, says that
on Monday Evening last about 5 o' Clock she this
Informant went to the News Coffee House
to enquire
for Captain O'Brien with whom her Husband in his
Life-time had Sailed, says that on asking for said
Captain O'Brien at the said Caffes Houses a Person who
calls himself Lord Kilfogg (lent whose Name She has
since found to be Hart) answered that he was well
acquainted with Capt O' Brien, desired this Informt. to
Walk in and give him her direction and he wou'd Speak
to him, says she accordingly gave him per direction, when
he begged to see her Home which She consented to
says that as soon as they got to her Lodgings She
asked said Hart to sit down, that in a Minute he
assembled this Informant, flung her down upon
a Setters and with force and violence and against her
Wile and consent, feloniously Ravished and Comells
knew her, notwithstanding she resisted to the utmost
of her Power, for that upon her crying out for her
Servant he put his harn upon her Month and
presented it says that he then went away, and that
She sent her Servant after him to Watch where he
went to,
