The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex .

Stephen Clarke< no role > and Philip Dyot< no role > Esqr. two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
(one of the Quorum) bearing Date the 3d. Day of Septr
1762 Letitia Weston< no role > Wife of Meredith Weston< no role > and
their Son John aged four Months were removed from the
Liberty of Saffron Hill in the said County to the said
Parish of St. Clement Danes as the Place of their last
legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners Conceivedthinkthemselves
aggrieved and against the said Order do Appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray
That the benefit of the said Appeal [..]
be saved to them and that the Hearing
and Determining thereof may be Adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden for this County
