Peace for the County of Middx Assembled in the
General Sessions of the Peace

The Humble Petition & Appeal of Samuel Boydon< no role >
of the pish of St. Luke in the County of Middx Victualler

Sheweth

That your Petitioner by Virtue of a Warrant under the Hand and Seal
of the Worshipful John Spencer Colepepper< no role > Esqr -One of his Matys Justices of the
Peace of the County of Middx was Convened before the sd John Spencer
Colepepper Esqr-and was Convicted (as he Apprehends) of knowingly Suffering
and permitting One Thomas Salmon< no role > & One Charles Walker< no role > to play at a Certain
Game Called Skittles in his Skittle Ground in the parish Afsd-against the
form of the Stabile in that behalf

That your Petioner humbly Conceiving himself Aggrieved
by the Judgement & Determinacon of the sd Justice doth Appeal to this
Honble Court from the Same And prays Such relief in the premisses
as to your Worship Shall Seem Meet

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that all
Parties Concerned may be Ordered to Attend
this Honable Court to hear & Abide the
Determination of your Worships in the
Premisses

And Your Petitioner Shall ever pray Etc
