To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Church wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Bushey in the County of Hertford.

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order Dated the Sixteenth Day of June One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty two under the Hands and Seals of John
Cox
< no role > and Richard Holmes< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) Ann
Judd
< no role > Widow of Daniel Judd< no role > deceased and her Child by her said late
Husband named Daniel< no role > Aged Ten Months were removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the Parish of Bushey aforesaid as the Place of their last
legal Settlement.

By Which Warrant or Order your Petitioners, Conceive
themselves aggrieved and humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Same Praying such Relief in the Premisses
as to this Court shall seem meet.

And your Petitioners as in Duty bound will
ever Pray Etc.
