Oath that hewasthis Deponent was present and did see the within
named John Delasay< no role > make his Mark seal and Deliver the within written
Release unto the within named Defendant Perse Pursell And this
Deponent further saith that the Name Wm. Wattson< no role > subscribed
as a witness to the said Release is of the proper hand writing of
him this Deponent
