of the Peace to confine themselves to the
Hearing & determing of Offences agt Penal
Statutesto the offences [..] within their
respive Divns. and if any Informr. shod. tenders
an Information for an Offence that shall have arisen arising out
of their Divns. such Justiceof therecomend
dur to lay their Infn. before A Justice of
the Divn. where the Offence has arisen arises.
