but Business hath been very slack wth. him &
he is now in very poor circumstances & since he
hath been in Trouble all his Things have been told
by the LandLordsays the Child died on the
Thursday the same day the Money came to London
wch. was taken from the Spaniards & she laid [..]
out & she Thinks the Rash or B [..] ches had strack
inThat the Child smell Strong & she desired the
Father to give her a Dramhe sd. he had no Money
but Mrs. Vagnier wd. Give him Creditshe had a
Dram & Gin & likewise & young Woman who was
wth. herSays the Father inform'd her he should not
Know how he should do to Bury it for he had no
Monyshe advised him to beg the Ground in Spital
Fields he Answrd. he durst not for he was Bound
to the Parish that the Child should not become
burth [..] & he shd. be arrested for the Money &
Sent to GoalThat on the Saturday she came to
see the Child & it was in a Coffin & Wool Shroud
& the Father told her he had Paid 1s.6d for it
& was going to make a Friend in Bethnal Green
for the GroundThat on the Monday following at
the request of the Father she carried the Child
to a Court in Bethnal Green Parish & the Father
with herThe Father Knock'd at the Door & a
Woman came & said she was one of the Searchers
& took the Coffin of [..] & Search'd the Child &
