Who being see [..] on Oath Say & first the Jus Alex Maxwell< no role > for
himself saith that last Night about Nine OClock the Jus discound
a Coat a Waistcoat a Child Peticoat & Stay to have been
stole out of his Room And this Jus Edwd Morgan< no role > for himself
saith that Two Persons now Present who calls themselves
Mary Cockran< no role > & Ely Adams < no role > was stopt for offering to Sale a
Waistcoat upon Sucp [..] of its being stole and brought to
the Jus who was Const. of the Night & upon Intend geting the
sd. Mary & Eliz they confessed the stealing the sd. thing from
the other Jus Maxwell & sellingpresentingonewithto the other Jus
Mary & this Jus thereupon went to the houses of each of
these Juss. & found Maxwell had been Robbed & that
the thing now produced by the other Jus bought by her
of the sd. Mary & Eliz: And this Informt. Mary Conyers< no role > for
herself saith that last Night between Nine & Ten O'Clock
she bought of the sd. Mary Cockran< no role > & Ely Adams< no role > a Coat a
Waistcoate a Child Coat & Stay now Produced And this
Jus Alex farther saith that the sd. thing now produced
by the other Jus Mary an the Property of this Jus & as [..]
