< no role > to be acquainted therewith

That when any person is Comitted to prison foranyKeeping a
Bawdy house Gaming house or any other Public Grievance
And application shall be made to anyr. other than the Comittg Justiceshe
to bail or discharge Such Prisoners Such other Justice do not take Bail or discharge but
refer the Prisoner to the Comg Justice.

That for the better more effectually Putting in Execution of Penal
Statutes [..] as well as avoidg oppression by Informers His Majestys
Justices of the Peace do Confine themselves to Act
therein within their respective Parishes or Divisions
or. and if any Person come to tender informations
against a person for any [..] such offence out of the Division the
Magistrate do require him to attend some
Justice or Justices of the proper Division
wherein such offence is alledged to be comitted
