the said Joshua the elder< no role > she heard an
Outery from the other Informant Elizth.
& thereupon ran down Stairs & just as
she came to the landing Place of the first
Floor she heard the Report of a Pistol
& the said Elizth. came directly up Stairs
into the dining Room and this Informant
said to her I hope you are not Shot "to
which the sd. Elizth. answered" I am & have
"a Ball in my Side" And this Informant
found a loaded Pistol in the Pantry and
another unloaded Pistol on the Kitchen Stairs
And this Informant saying to ye sd Elizth.
"my dear Child that you shod be served s [..]
the sd. Joshua ye younger< no role > Answered" It is I
"that must dye for it" And this Informt
farther saith that for sometime Past and
particularly for some Days before the sd
Accident happenned but more especially
on the Morning of that Day this Informt
thought there were evident Marks of
Distraction in his Countenance & this
Informant has been often in great hear of his
destroying himself before the sd Accident
