The Information of Thos. Dare< no role > taken before me
one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
said County

Who being upon Oath saith That some time is the
Month of May but the Parlor time this Inst can't
rember the Ins was picked up by a person now
Present who calls [..] Eliz Ford< no role > and went with her
to her Lodging and when he went into the sd. Room
he had in his Pocket a Metal Watch & a Gold
Ring and Two Crown [..] and lay down as the Bed & fell asleep and
when he aw she he found his Watch & Ring and
Money gone and the sd. Elz gone alsotoAnd neoar
returned to her Lodging tell this Ins apprehended
her which was on the 29 of the last Month and
upon her being Examined concerning her Stealing
the sd. things the confessed the had the Watch and
Ring and Two Crown Pencs and that the sd. Watch &
Ring [..] one Mr West took [..] from
her but where he in she cant tell And the Ins
further saith that he verily bell. that the-
said Ely Ford stole the sd. Watch & Ring &
Money & no other Person
