The Information of Jonathan Willis< no role >
of SunTavern Fields Tobacconist
taken before me this 9th.. day of July
1762

Who being upon Oath says that on the 21st.. of May last
between the hours of Eleven and 12 at Night he was
attacked in the back Lane St. Georges by three Persons in
Sailors Habits who feloniously assaulted this Informant and
Feloniously took from his Person four Shillings and six pence
some Half pence in a Red Cap. one Silk Handkerchief & one
Linnen Handkerchief, and this Informt. farther says that he
is very sure that two Persons now Present who call themselves
John Adwell< no role > and James Hardy< no role > are two of the Persons who
assaulted and Robbed him as aforesaid
