At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the twenty Second day of February in the Second year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement Danes have Notice of this Appeal and
that they and all Persons do attend this Court on Thursday next at the hour of
Ten in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment [..] and Determination of the
Same Court touching the Said Appeal.
