Barbican London Gentleman Maketh Oath
that he this Deponents was present on the nineteenth
day of this instant February at the Dwelling House
of the within named James Lamberth< no role > and did then
and there see the said James Lamberth sign and Seal
and as his Act and Deed deliver the Instrument or
Generall Release within contained And this Deponent
Saith that the name James Lamberth within
subscribed to the within contained Release and the
seal affixed thereto are the proper Hand Writing and
Sealing of the said James Lamberth And that the
names Wm: Watts< no role > and Geo: Murray Sett and subscribed
as witness to the Execution of the within Release
are the proper Hands writing of the said William
Watts< no role > and of this Deponent respectively
